Join us at KULT on Saturday November 23 for an afternoon of learning how to strike that elusive state of BALANCE. I will guide you through a sweaty and effortful workout in the Kitchen, followed by a nourishing and mindful yoga session, wrapped up in the end with a deliberate mindset workshop to guide you into a personalized action plan.
We can't be all effort all the time. We need to learn the art of moving slow and quieting the noise to hear the gentle whispers of our own inner-guru.
What to expect:
-30 minute bootcamp (prepare to get sweaty. Indoor shoes and waterbottle needed)
-30 minute yoga and meditation (bring cozy layers and your yoga mat)
-30 minute mindset workshop (with your mind and body full of happy chemicals, you are ready to receive some information and create an action plan. Workbooks provided. Bring your own notebook if desired.)
