In Her Circle presents the Four Pillars of Stress Resiliency & Yoga Nidra with Marin McCue. As the holiday season quickly approaches, we often forget to take care of ourselves. With an emphasis on stress resiliency, the purpose of this event is to reconnect with yourself through visual content, a light yoga nidra practice and intermittent journaling throughout the workshop. Journals and writing utensils will be provided to all participants.

Learn the difference between Samskara (the wound or block) and Sankalpa (a positive "I am" statement; the reversal of the wound) and how you can apply these principles when you find yourself in a stress loop.

Marin will also cover topics such as:

  • Why mantras don't work for some people

  • How to reverse core beliefs

  • How to work with rather than against yourself
