Orenda - a mystical force present in all people that empowers them to affect the world or effect change in their own life.
We are all beautifully unique and yet so much the same. When we connect with the well-spring of wisdom in our mind-body connection, we are able to nourish both our mind and body to a state of flourishing. It's done with self-love and empathy toward others, and it's a habit and skill to cultivate just like any other.

The Orenda Movement: A four part session series that will tune you into your unique capabilities and set you up for a powerful 2018
When: Sunday January 14 - Sunday February 4 (3-5pm)
Where: Friendship Fitness (in The Village - 4039 Brentwood Road)
What to Expect: Join myself, Tara Newbigging, and Lucy Dunne at Friendship Fitness for a special four consecutive Sunday series that will spark your spirit, light your fire and connect you with others who will support and elevate you along the way.
Session 1: with Me! A Yoga Beat experience that will cultivate your mind-body connection from root to crown. Come ready to sweat, glow, and create a foundation for 2018 with goals and tools to practice your way to your best self. Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, clothes to sweat in and comfy clothes to layer on after. As well, bring a journal and pen. Get ready for some magic ;)
Session 2: with Tara Newbigging. A BooTy experience you won't soon forget. Come learn how empowered movements can connect you to your personal power and intuition.
Session 3: with Lucy Dunne. A creative bootcamp class to get you motivated to move your body and build strength as Lucy debunks common myths about strength training.
Session 4: Come join us for a collaboration! All four of us will take you through a special yoga / bootcamp experience and create conversation to support you in achieving the goals you have set for yourself. This last session will be a celebration as well as an opportunity for you to connect more with us and the community we create over the five week period.
