The Mind-Body Movement at LIV

Hello Everyone!

I am thrilled to announce the next phase of this Mind-Body Movement project that I started in early 2016. 

This workshop has shifted and evolved into something that will change the way you think, see, and feel. Come for one hour of yoga, as we get our body moving and lay the foundation for the personal development work ahead. 

Once we have built up heat and let go of distractions and "noise" in our savasana, we will pull out our journals and get to work.

This workshop is for those who want to learn new language and perspective in how to handle set-backs and how to change your relationship with Fear. Once you are living a life where you do not get in your own way and you are not wasting energy on anxiety, fears, what-ifs, limiting beliefs, expectations, and negative self-talk, you will have space, time, and energy to focus on what truly lights you up. So the final phase of this workshop is all about passion, creativity, and embracing the gifts you have to leave an impact and legacy in this world. 

Come curious and open to conversation and movement, and you will leave full and energized, with tools and goals to stay motivated and coach yourself through the tough moments in life.
