Step It UP!!

It is time to step outside your comfort zone and witness as your perceived barriers are knocked to the ground. We will meet at the top of the Memorial Stairs for a 30 minute workout that will keep you engaged and smiling. We will then head to a grassy area at the top of the stairs, overlooking the city to enjoy some snacks, and allow the dopamine-high to be our vehicle as we connect with our values, acknowledge where we hold ourselves back and what FEARS we allow control in our lives. Each participant will leave with a 10 year Vision, several Goals, several Actions to get the ball rolling, and a clear understanding and tangible list of activities/people/environments that will support you in accountability and continuing your self-motivation.

Saturday, April 4. 10:00-10:30am Stairs, 10:30-12:00pm Goals. 

$20 registration, includes workbook and snacks.
