Due to the busy-ness of this month and the lack of availability for many people who expressed interest in this workshop, plans have been changed. I will host a free workshop in between Christmas and New Years with this same theme in mind. This will be hosted at a private residence and will be a casual get together and networking opportunity for anyone who is interested.
Reach out if you are interested in attending and I will post more info once a date and time is chosen.
Happy Holiday's xoxox
Join me at The Village in Brentwood (4039 Brentwood Rd NW) for a night of mindful movement and arts & crafts.
7-745: Mindful Yoga with intentional purpose of creating direction and clarity in goals for 2016. We will use this energy to then create our 2016 Day Planners.
*Come for yoga or join us after to only participate in the creating of the Day Planner
745-930: Music, snacks, arts & crafts
Forget about searching for the best possible 2016 Day Planner. Buy a blank notebook with enough pages to either have one page per day, or split it in half for two days on each page.
This workshop is only $20 (consider the yoga portion free), which covers the space we are using and the supplies that will be available. Come listen to music, connect with friends (old and new), and get to know the community at The Village which I have big plans for in 2016.
- yoga mat
- new notebook
- a list of quotes that inspire and motivate you
- pictures that bring joy or excite you
- ideas, plans, reminders, tips, tools, that keep you grounded and focused on what matters to you most
- fun colored pens, stickers, scrapbook paper
I will have extras of everything, and will supply a format and have examples of what your daytimer could look like. Come with an open mind, ready for fun, and allow your inner-motivator to build strength and resilience as you set yourself up for the best year yet!
***To purchase a notebook for this event, there are several options at Chapters (among many other book stores). No need for it to be numbered as a Daytimer, it's actually better for there to be only blank or lined pages, more versatility to play with.
Another option is at Micheals, there is a brand called SNAP which has little binders and pages to purchase that you can organize into the binder. I will have both options as examples at the event.
Email email@example.com to register for this event. Space is limited.
