Join Lucy and I for a full day of inspiration. We have designed this event to focus on YOU and your unique impact in this world. Come learn how to let go of what is not you (through guided meditation and self-inquiry), develop an empowering belief system about what you are capable of and how to shift when you land in a limiting state, craft the direction and motivation you desire that will carry you through your struggle, and feel your peak state as you engage in mindful movement with yoga and body weight fitness.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome. We all can learn from each other and we would love to host a diverse and open group. All we need to have in common is a desire to grow and a curiosity for enlivening conversations and experiences.
Reach out if you have any questions, otherwise, see you soon! xoxox
Come get a taste of what we offer at Evolve Retreat Co. by joining us for this special Chakra Pop workshop at the beautiful Azuridge Estate in Priddis - only a few blissful minutes outside Calgary city limits.
Chakra Pop is a fun experiential learning opportunity to move through the ancient Indian wisdom of the Chakra system. There are seven main energetic centers in your body, and Chakra Pop is designed to connect you to each as we tune into music, breath, and movements that will support your ability to learn these empowering tools of insight in your physicality, not just as interesting theories. We conclude our sweaty practice with a guided meditation, and then sit with pen to paper to go through some key questions that will support you integration and action steps to move forward with this newfound knowledge.
Snacks will be served with the invitation to put Mindful Eating into practice. Space is limited for this unique workshop experience, so please register to save your spot. Reach out with questions to email@example.com. We hope to see you soon.

Yoga is so much more than a series of poses leading up to savasana. Behind this ancient art is wisdom of how to live life by conserving and creating energy along your path to purpose. There are 5 Yamas and 5 Niyamas, which create a unique formula and path of discovery. They are simple concepts that carry intuitive knowing. They do not prescribe to tell you how to live, but rather, how to tap into your unique power and expressly live the life you were meant to live. What are they? What are they not? How can we use this simple structure to capture the complexity of being human while sustaining simplicity for our monkey minds?

I am thrilled to announce the next phase of this Mind-Body Movement project that I started in early 2016.
This workshop has shifted and evolved into something that will change the way you think, see, and feel. Come for one hour of yoga, as we get our body moving and lay the foundation for the personal development work ahead.
Once we have built up heat and let go of distractions and "noise" in our savasana, we will pull out our journals and get to work.
This workshop is for those who want to learn new language and perspective in how to handle set-backs and how to change your relationship with Fear. Once you are living a life where you do not get in your own way and you are not wasting energy on anxiety, fears, what-ifs, limiting beliefs, expectations, and negative self-talk, you will have space, time, and energy to focus on what truly lights you up. So the final phase of this workshop is all about passion, creativity, and embracing the gifts you have to leave an impact and legacy in this world.
Come curious and open to conversation and movement, and you will leave full and energized, with tools and goals to stay motivated and coach yourself through the tough moments in life.
Expect soul-fueling music, body-fueling snacks, and brain-fueling drink. Reserve your spot early as space is limited. Reach out to me with questions, email@example.com <3

This fusion of robotics, yoga, and mindful movement uses humanoid robots to help illustrate the body-mind connection and proper alignment. Students deepen their yoga practice, harness their creativity, and develop the habit of positive self-talk as they pick up fundamentals of robotics and computer programming.

This 40 Day Challenge has proven to be a huge success for those brave and eager individuals who have engaged in the process so far. I am excited to offer this challenge once again as an opportunity for those who are ready to push themselves to a new level of their development.
I am committed to growth, fun, and connection, and am passionate about supporting others to create their best life. YYC Cycle Fundraiser class for the Alexandra Drouin MRU Bursary
On Sunday April 24, 6pm, Julie Dee and I are doing a Team Teach at yyc cycle to raise money for the Alexandra Drouin Bursary.
Nicole Drouin is a long-time bikergang member at yyc cycle. Her sister (Alexandra) passed away a couple months ago in an unexpected and sudden event. While her body is gone from this earth, her memory and her inspiration lives on. Nicole has organized this special class and asked Julie and I to lead on the bikes.
This will be a sweaty and inspiring class to be a part of, and your drop-in fee will go to a great cause.
Check out the yyc-cycle.com schedule and reserve your bike today!
We all have goals, moments of complete bliss, ideas and inspirations that hit us and move us to action. We also struggle, breakdown, and fight against internal resistance that puts fear into our mind - fear of being small and fear of playing big.
What is this about? How can we harness our energy and create the life we can feel is burning inside of us?
Over the last couple of months, I have hosted Candlelight Yoga and Goal Setting at the Branded HQ. The energy, feedback, and connection that has grown from this project, got me thinking....what's next? Anybody can set goals, but what truly stops us from living the life we want to create? This question sent me into inquiry and creation mode, from which I put together this three session series to inspire you to be the leader you want to be in your own life.
This series that has been created to be enjoyed in sequence, but can be experienced as a single session to receive the benefits at a smaller scale. Through one hour of yoga and one hour of self-development, we will explore the mind-body connection. Our yoga practice will be beginner/intermediate level. Expect music you'll want to groove to.
Our self-development sessions will follow the steps...
How to Handle Set-Backs (March 20)
Conversation and tools to change your relationship with fear, failure, comparisons, and stress. Why struggles and failures are actually the best thing that may have ever happened to you. And walk away with tools, ideas, and structure in how to retrain your thought patterns when the waves of life get you gripping to stay on-board.
Strengthen Your Inner-Motivator (April 17)
Learn about the Happy Chemicals that fuel you daily and how to create a system that brings more of these Happy Chemicals into your life. Let's talk about what "resistance" really is and how to overcome the obstacles we put in our own way. Lastly, learn how to create a healthy and simple routine to build momentum.
Passion Projects (May 15)
We all have a calling to do something. We get a skip in our step engaging in some kind of conversation with ourselves or with the world around us. We find pure joy in moving our bodies to sweat and connect with our breath. Whether you want to finally make that baby book or start a community collective of some kind, learn to hear the voice that is calling you to action. We will revisit the main points from the previous two sessions, align with Core Values and a Personal Mission Statement, and explore what it takes to have an impact and create your legacy.
You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and the majority of the group work is solo, as this journey is yours to lead. But I do hope to inspire conversation, introspection, and self-curiosity, so a desire to learn and connect is encouraged.
Let the Mind-Body Movement begin! xo
Join me at the Branded HQ for one more Goals and Yoga event this Sunday at 7pm. We will start the night with 45 minutes of Goal Setting and then finish with a soulful 75 minute yoga practice to bumping beats and a lit up room with candles.

And stay tuned for what this collaboration is cooking up for you starting in March. We want to keep up with this community building around health and happiness. ;)
